Refunds
DRINK & SNACK REFUNDSIf you are not satisfied with the product provided or should a machine fail to deliver your product after depositing correct change, refunds will be made with our apologies. Drink and snack refunds are made by the cashiers at the University Bursary, located on Patterson Street across from the University Center. You will be expected to identify the exact location of the faulty machine so that repairs may be made.
LAUNDRY REFUNDSIf you need a FLEX Account refund go to the VSU 1Card Office located at 1204 N. Patterson St. Reminder: You have a $15.00 laundry limit each day using FLEX. The balance reflected on the reader will show your $15.00 minus whatever you spent on laundry that day, NOT YOUR ENTIRE FLEX ACCOUNT BALANCE.
REPORTING OTHER VENDING PROBLEMSThe easiest way to report a problem with a vending machine is to email onecard@valdosta.edu. However, a telephone call to 259-2593 would be equally as appreciated.
