The VSU Tech Shop offers a range of computer services for students and faculty. Below, you will find a short list of our basic services for Windows machines. We are also an Apple Authorized Service Provider, and we can do nearly any and all repairs for these systems. Give us a call for complete details and specific questions about our service department.

Wireless Install and Configuration

$50.00

  • Configure your computer to work on HallNet
  • 4 Years of Wireless Technical Support
  • Record your MAC Address to assist in recovering your computer if it is lost or stolen
General Computer Maintenance $25.00/hr
Clean-Up

For $80:

  • Update your Operating System
  • Customize Settings
  • Find and Remove Viruses and Spyware
  • Install Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware Software
    • Data Backup

    $50 - We can backup your files and store them for you for 2 months.

    Reformat/OS Install

    $80 (Requires Operating System or Recovery disks. You can purchase new disks in case of missing or lost original disks.)
