  • All residence hall spaces are intended for on-campus resident use only. Students requesting a residence hall space must be accompanied by a member of their organization who is a resident of the building in which the space is located.
  • Student organizations are subject to the visitation policy and must abide by residence hall policies when conducting meetings or events in residential areas.
  • Priority will be given to residential groups, including hall councils, the Residence Hall Association and Residence Life sponsored events. Priority for classroom space will also be given to academic affairs for instructional use related to residential learning communities or predominately residential student filled classes, such as freshman year experience.
  • Non-student groups are not permitted to use residential space for events or meetings.
  • Groups with a reservation much check-in and check-out with the front desk staff for the hall in the classroom is located.
  • The Georgia/ Langdale lawn and the Hopper Courtyard are considered residential spaces and must follow the same guidelines listed above.
