MAY 2007 HALL CLOSING INFORMATION
The Traditional Residence Halls will be closing on Saturday, May 5, 2007 at 6:00 pm. Students are required to vacate their rooms prior to this time. It is the student’s responsibility to remove all of their belongings, clean their room, and properly check-out with a staff member.
The Apartment Style Residence Halls, Centennial and Converse, are operated on a 12-month basis. All students residing in these buildings have signed an annual contract that began in August, 2006 and ends in July, 2007. Therefore, these buildings do not close. All residents who did not sign a new contract for 2007-2008 will need to checkout by July 27, 2007 at 4:00pm.
Note: If you applied for a contract release (graduation, transferring to another school, etc.) and were approved you must
make arrangements to check out by Saturday, May 6, 2007 at 6:00 pm.

- Then, the RA collects your key and locks the room door.
- Have a nice summer!
Please Note:
