Above listed meal plan prices are per person per semester. Refunds will be processed according to published schedule. (see applicable Section IV or V) The VSU 1Card must be presented each time a meal or a purchase is desired. All VSU 1Cards remain the property of VSU and must be surrendered upon demand. VSU 1Cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the legitimate holder of a meal plan whose name and picture appear on the card. Remaining balances of all meal plans will be forfeited at the end of each semester. Abuse of meal plan privileges may lead to disciplinary actions. Abuse includes obtaining food for others with the intent of circumventing payment of applicable and customary charges. Please inquire at the Meal Plan Office about the availability of sick trays and sack lunches. No meal plan changes following the last day of registration. All "meals" are used at Palms Dining Center and Blazer Bucks can be used at our retail locations.
