First Run Printing of the 6th Edition APA Manual: The first printing run of the 6th edition APA Manual has multiple printing issues.
Individuals who have purchased the 1st printing of the 6th edition will need to contact the American Psychological Association Service Center at 800-374-2721 x5510 for information on receiving a hardcopy supplement of the corrections.
Individuals can also visit the APA website for an electronic version of the corrections supplement. (Click here)
The last day for Fall 2009 textbook returns was August 31, 2009. Books purchased after the deadline are not returnable.
The Bookstore will be open Saturday, November 14th from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm for Visitation.
Textbook Buyback: A wholesale book company will have a representative at the Bookstore November 23rd & 24th.
- Monday, November 23rd: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Tuesday, November 24th: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
The next scheduled buy back will be held Dec 3rd - 12th. Check back for times and location.
The Bookstore will be closed November 25th - 29th for the Thanksgiving Holidays.
The Bookstore will be closed Tuesday, December 15th - Friday, December 18th while the store relocates to the new location in the Student Union Building.
The Booktore will be closed December 19th - January 4th for the Winter Break. The Bookstore will reopen on January 5th.
Fall FLEX funds: August 25th at 5:00 p.m. was the last day to deposit excess fall financial into a FLEX account. Visit the VSU 1 Card website for more information.
Students must have a VSU 1 Card in order to access funds placed in a FLEX account.
Clearance sale: Sale prices range from $2 - $20 on a wide variety of clothing and other merchandise.
Bookstore Hours of Operation: While the store will not open weekdays until 8:30 a.m., the staff will be in the store at 8:00 a.m. to answer the telephones.
- Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Textbooks Adoption Deadlines:
- Spring Term: October 1 - October 15
- Summer Terms: March 1 - March 15
- Fall Term: March 1 - March 15
