Governance
The Auxiliary Services Division at Valdosta State University is governed by the rules, regulations, and directives of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia as they are interpreted by the, Chancellor, Errol B. Davis Jr. , through the President of Valdosta State, Dr. Patrick J. Schloss, and the Assistant Vice President for Finance and Administration, Traycee Martin.
The Director of Auxiliary Services,
Mr. Robert D. Kellner , reports directly to the Vice President for Finance and Administration and is responsible for the
management of University Bookstore,
Dining Services, Housing and Residence Life, Student Health, 1 Card Services, Vending,
and Telecommunications. Housing and Residence Life,
while reporting financially to Auxiliary Services, report operationally
to the Vice President for Student Affairs,
Dr. Kurt Keppler.
