Need to Report a Lost or Stolen Card

You may report the card in person by visiting VSU 1Card Services at 1204 N. Patterson Street between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am - 2:30pm on Friday, except during holidays.

If you are unable to visit our office, report a lost or stolen 1Card online by utilizing the "Online Card Office" .

You are responsible for ANY privileges and purchases accessed/made with the card, until the card is reported stolen/missing. Cards cannot be suspended by phone, email, or fax.

  • If the card must be replaced, the current $15 replacement fee will be assessed.
  • Old cards cannot be re-activated if a replacement card has been made.
  • Please retain your VSU 1CARD upon leaving the University, if you return later without it you will be charged a replacement fee.
