Need to Report a Lost or Stolen Card
Call 229-259-2593 or come by the VSU 1Card office at 1204 N. Patterson Street between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am - 2:30pm on Friday.You may also report a lost or stolen card by utilizing the "Online Card Office" .
DO NOT leave a voice mail message during evenings and weekends to request card suspension, this will delay the process.
REMEMBER:
- When reporting a lost or stolen card by phone you will be required to give information confirming your identity. (This safeguard is in place to ensure your card and accounts are not de-activated by someone else.)
- If the card needs to be replaced a fee will be assessed.
- Old Cards can not be re-activated if a replacement card has been made.
- Please retain your VSU 1Card upon leaving the University, if you return later without it you will be charged a replacement fee.
