THERE ARE ONLY 2 REASONS YOU NEED TO VISIT OUR OFFICE:

  • TO HAVE A 1CARD MADE
  • TO MAKE A CASH DEPOSIT TO YOUR FLEX ACCOUNT

EVERYTHING ELSE MAY BE TAKEN CARE OF ONLINE VIA your BANNER ACCOUNT OR our ONLINE CARD OFFICE, for your convenience/to keep you from having to stand in long lines!!!!

*******The absolute deadline for Spring Financial Aid to be deposited into a FLEX Account is 12 NOON on January 20, 2012*******

YOUR STUDENT ACCOUNT MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING BEFORE YOU CAN USE FINANCIAL AID – VIA FLEX!!! IF YOU OWE ANY  $MONEY$ TO THE UNIVERSITY (Example: CHARGES IN YOUR STUDENT ACCOUNT/BANNER), YOUR FINANCIAL AID WILL NOT GO TO FLEX OR IT WILL BE REMOVED FROM FLEX TO COVER THE CHARGES IN YOUR STUDENT ACCOUNT.   

Depositing funds in a FLEX Account serves as a binding agreement to comply with all FLEX Account Terms and Conditions.

We accept check or cash as a form of payment for FLEX deposits, in our office.

Credit Cards may only be used through the ONLINE CARD OFFICE. (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover)
